- The Asics Gel Pulse 11 Winterized is a road running shoe that is designed for those who have neutral foot mechanisms. The GEL-PULSE™ 11 Winterized is engineered for long-distance runs. It features the mesh upper that aims to provide added breathability to the platform.
- The full AMPLIFOAM™ midsole is integrated into the shoe. This component of the shoe makes the midsole softer to encourage comfort, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Featured in the outsole is the combination of molded regular rubber with AHARPLUS™ heel plug. This is meant to deliver slip-proof traction on different paved surfaces, both wet and dry weather conditions.
The Asics Gel Pulse 11 Winterized is sure to provide a comfortable fit. With the mesh upper, a snugger fit is experienced by the user during the running session. Along with the mesh upper is the AmpliFoam midsole that adapts to the natural shape of the foot.
The AHAR Plus outsole is utilized in crafting the shoe. This component of the Asics Gel Pulse 11 Winterized is focused on providing added durability to the running footwear.
This feature is strategically placed in areas where possible wear and tear are critical. This material is described to be 50% more durable when compared to standard Asics High Abrasion Rubber.
The AmpliFoam midsole is integrated into the shoe. The primary purpose of this is to deliver increased adaptability and flexibility without sacrificing durability at softer densities. The result is a more comfortable ride.
Used in making the shoe is the Rearfoot Gel cushioning system. This technology is meant to reduce shock during the ground contact phase, resulting in a smoother heel-to-toe transition.
Along with the Rearfoot Gel cushioning system is the Ortholite sock liner. This component of the shoe provides moisture management during the running session.
Like the Asics Gel Nimbus 21, the Guidance Line midsole technology is featured in the Gel Pulse 11 Winterized. Described as vertical flex grooves that decouple the tooling in the line of progression, the primary goal of this is to improve gait efficiency.
The mesh upper is integrated into the Gel Pulse 11 Winterized. Asics added this feature to deliver adequate ventilation to the foot from start to finish of the running activity. As a result, a fresher and cooler foot chamber is encouraged.
Utilized in the shoe is the SpEVAFoam 45 Lasting. This material employs the 45-degree full-length SpEVAFoam 45 to provide a high level of comfort, and softer platform sensation during the running activity.
