Asics Gel Nimbus 19 Lite-Show size and fit

The Asics Gel Nimbus 19 Lite-Show follows the standard shoe measurements when it comes to sizing. The shoe is recommended for wearers who want to excel in evening road running activities to the next level. The available widths are D - Medium for the men's version and B- Medium for the women's version.

Outsole

The ASICS High Abrasion Rubber or AHAR is integrated into the Asics Gel Nimbus 19 Lite-Show. The purpose of this component is to deliver added durability, primarily on paved surfaces. This thick material is also strategically placed to provide long-lasting protection.

Lying in the forefoot section is the DuraSponge outsole. This blown rubber compound offers added durability while delivering a more responsive cushioning.

Midsole

The Asics Gel Nimbus 19 Lite-Show uses the Forefoot and Rearfoot Gel cushioning system. During foot strike, it acts as a shock absorber. To make each step comfortable, it turns every landing into a smoother transition, from heel strike to toe-off.

With the aim of supplying runners with a more responsive and springy ride, Asics added the FlyteFoam midsole. This material is 55% lighter when compared to the standard EVA foams. Organic fibers are embedded into the foam to create a plush and agreeable step.

The FluidRide technology is utilized to improve cushioning and increase durability. This unit gives the runner an unrestrained feeling without sacrificing the shoe's lightweight structure.

A vertically-placed flex groove in the midsole area called the Guidance Line is also featured in the shoe. This technology is essential in guiding the runner's foot in following and improving the gait cycle in a natural way.

The Guidance Trusstic System is used to enhance gait efficiency while still maintaining the midfoot's structural integrity. This support system lightweight in structure.

Featured in the midsole is the IGS or Impact Guidance System. This technology is vital in heightening the foot's capability to go through every stride with ease and comfort. Its primary purpose is to deliver a smoother and more balanced landing.

Using an injected top layer of Solyte foam, the Gender Specific Forefoot cushioning provides additional comfort. This material allows the runner to experience a plushy and soft feel during toe-offs.

To prevent the growth of odor-causing microbes and to reduce moisture are encouraged by the ComforDry X-40 Sockliner. It is composed of anti-bacterial components that ensure the foot to be healthy, fresh and dry all the time. It also aims to give additional cushioning.

Upper

The Asics Gel Nimbus 19 Lite-Show delivers a breathable coverage by using the gradient jacquard-mesh upper. Aside from its breathable environment, the shoe also creates a plush and irritation-free running experience through its seamless upper construction.

For additional safety, reflective materials are integrated into the shoe. This element is significant in allowing the wearer to be more visible especially in low-light conditions.

Utilized in the shoe is the FluidFit technology which is made up of a stretchable mesh. This material can be stretched in multiple directions to allow the runner's foot to move naturally and freely without any feeling of restriction.
