  • The shoe comes with a Gore-Tex upper construction that provides a waterproof and breathable environment, keeping the foot dry even on wet conditions.
  • The notable Asics rearfoot and forefoot gel cushioning was also used in the Gel FujiTrabuco 4 GTX. It attenuates shock on impact and releases energy for a powerful toe-off.
  • The shoe also uses the heel clutching system technology that is designed to enhance support and improved the overall fit of the shoe.
  • The traditional tongue was replaced by an elastic internal sleeve through the brand’s mono-sock fit system that provides a sock-like fit.

The Asics Gel FujiTrabuco 4 GTX has a standard running shoe length. The overall fit was improved through the heel clutching system and mono-sock fit. The shoe comfortably accommodates foot with medium measurements. Asics is offering the shoe in standard D and B medium widths for men’s and women’s versions respectively.

The Gel FujiTrabuco 4 GTX features the trail specific outsole. The reversed lugs are designed to deliver reliable grip on uneven terrains. The sticky rubber increases traction on wet conditions. Just like the popular Asics Gel DS Trainer 24, the shoe also uses the Asics High Abrasion Resistant rubber in high wear areas to increase durability.

The shoe uses the Solyte midsole material that provides reliable cushioning without adding weight. This works perfectly with the rearfoot and forefoot gel cushioning that attenuates shock on landing and releases during toe-off. The cushioning system of the Gel FujiTrabuco 4 GTX is designed to deliver a responsive ride.

The Asics Gel FujiTrabuco 4 GTX has a waterproof upper through the Gore-Tex membrane. It is designed to keep the foot dry even on wet conditions without affecting the shoe’s breathability. It also uses the mono-sock fit system that provides a sock-like fit and the heel clutching system that provides a comfortable and secured foot locked down. The shoe also comes with a lace pocket that keeps the laces tucked in while running.
