- The Under Armour Micro G Speed Swift series is lightweight, allows the air to enter the foot while at the same time, they added another extra sock lining which adds comfort and provides a snug fit for all types of feet. It is also less bulky than other foams; this gives the shoe a streamlined, close to the ground feel with added stability and comfort.
- They have also worked on the foam padding which gives the runner not only added protection, but also an added spring in each step.
Fitting the shoe will not be a problem. The Micro G Speed Swift series is a flexible and is built to fit a wide range of shapes and sizes of feet. Just make sure to try the shoe on and feel how it fits just to make sure. This shoe is available in standard running shoe width.
The anatomical outsoles are strategically placed on the shoe to give the runner support and protection in the places that they need it most. Made of specialized rubber, these soles give excellent traction on almost any surface as well as added protection.
The midsole is a full length Micro G foam that covers the entire length of the shoe. The foam acts as another layer of protection and at the same time a shock absorber. Each step generates added force on the foot, which is cushioned by the foam layer giving the foot maximum protection. This midsole configuration is also utilized in the Micro G Speed Swift 2 and other running shoes from UA.
The upper portion of the Under Armour Micro G Speed Swift is a light, breathable mesh that gives the foot a comfortable and breathable coverage. It also gives a snug fit. Coupled with the rubber arch reinforcement, this gives the shoe its basic streamlined form and look.
