This is a fantastic performance sneaker.

Very pleasant from heel to toe.
The Air Jordan 2012 brings a lot to the table all around, but high performance wise is surely lacking.
The Air Jordan 2012 is undoubtedly one of the better performing shoes on the market right now.
Overall the Air Jordan 2012 is one of the best basketball shoes I have played in over the past few years.
Determined to respond to the needs of players in all five positions, the Jordan Brand releases the Air Jordan 2012 with interchangeable inner sleeves and midsoles. The outer shell of this shoe is made of a synthetic material with premium full-grain leather overlays. Its rubber outsole features a check that has a diamond in each square. This modified pattern effectively supports multidirectional movements.
Cushion. The AJ 2012 has a number of interchangeable midsoles. If you get the Deluxe version, you will get three options. An orange one, called the “Fly Through” midsole, features a full-length Air Sole unit that provides impact protection. There is also the blue “Fly Over” midsole that has a Nike Zoom unit at the forefoot and an Air Sole unit at the heel. This setup delivers an effective blend of impact protection and responsiveness. The third option is a green one that Jordan calls the “Fly Around” midsole. This one is the most attractive for guards because it provides a sufficient amount of court feel. It has a Zoom unit at the heel.
Traction. The outsole of the Air Jordan 12 is made of solid rubber. It features a unique multidirectional pattern that is composed of squares and diamonds. The outsole also has flex grooves that allow more natural foot movements.
Length and Width. Several reviewers say that the Air Jordan 2012 fits them well. Because of these comments, it is safe to assume that this shoe model from the Jordan brand fits true to size. It will be OK for new buyers to go for their usual Jordan basketball shoe sizes.
Lockdown. The outer shell actually has a mid collar, but the shoe has two interchangeable inner sleeves: a high-top and a low-top. The low-top is for players who need more flexibility at the ankle. The high-top is for players who need support for their aggressive footwork.
For more stability, the shoe has a midfoot shank that is made of carbon fiber. The shoe also has a TPU heel counter. In addition to the traditional lace-up closure, the shoe has Flywire that helps contain the foot especially when the player is in aggressive motion.
The outer shell of the Air Jordan 2012 is made of a synthetic material with premium leather overlays. The low and high inner sleeves are made of a plush and comfortable material with foam padding in key areas. These materials contribute to the wearer’s comfortably lightweight experience.
The Air Jordan 2012 gets the appreciation of many users because of its sleek design. It has a the Jumpman logo on the rear lateral side. The tongue of the low sleeve has the Jumpman logo. The strap on the high sleeve also features the Jumpman logo.
The premium leather overlays are outlined with perforations that serve both functional and aesthetic purposes.
