Air Jordan 1 Retro Low Slip History
Famed shoe designer Peter Moore designed the very first Air Jordan shoe, the Air Jordan 1, in 1985. It re-released as a retro model in 1994, then again in 2001 and 2007.
Fast forward to 2018. The Jordan brand makes an Air Jordan 1 version that lady sneakerheads could call their own and introduces it as the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low Slip. The shoe features a low-top construction with a laceless, slip-on design and a snap-on type of closure. Snap buttons on the ankle collar make slipping on and off a breeze.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low Slip initially released in two color options – black and white. Both colorways feature a perforated side Swoosh that matches the perforated toe box. Each pair of these shoes originally retailed for $115.
