Adidas ZX 700 IM History

In 1984, the Three Stripes launched their ZX running shoe series. This series covers all the footwear needs of various kinds of runners. Road or terrain runners, long distance to short distance joggers, the brand made certain that they have the solution to every footwear problems and demands.

Adidas was able to release a rich compilation of shoes under the ZX line. They used breakthrough technologies in the footwear like the Torsion and the Soft Cell technologies to keep up with the modern- aged runners. The ZX silhouette became well-renowned and turned as the defining prototypical running shoe profile.

One of the 16 shoes that are under the X series is the ZX 8000. This kick has a contemporary design and first used the Torsion technology. This technology delivers ample support to the runner and allows forefoot and heel flexibility.

The ZX 500 which was launched in 1984, was perceived as the first stylish running shoe during that time. It was released in various colorways made with a variety of materials. This footwear was even used as casual kick during that period.
