Kanye West and Adidas started their partnership in 2015 after West left Nike. This collaboration dropped the Yeezy Boost 750 on the same year and was followed by the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 the following year. Meanwhile, the third Adidas Yeezy iteration called Yeezy 950 Duckboot, features an entirely distinct look as compared to the first releases and considered as the second most expensive Yeezy ever unveiled in public.

In 2016, Mr. West was seen sporting the popular Yeezy Calabasas Runner. This famous running silhouette mainly displayed a chunky look inspired by the Ozweego line of the 1990s.
