Adidas Seeley Premiere Classified History

In 1998, The Adidas Originals formed the Skateboarding project, which concentrated in creating footwear and apparel for thrashers globally. This project supported icons, elites, amateurs and professional skateboard trendsetters from all over the world.

Adidas adapted the boat shoe silhouette to skateboarding shoes and created the Seeley line. The very first Seeley design bears the classic skate appeal and bare-bones comfort. It has a low-top suede upper for easy maneuvering when on the board and an EVA sockliner and vulcanized outsole for natural foot flex and board feel.

The Seeley Premiere was launched with a reinterpretation of the classic silhouette of the prior version. They used the durable nubuck leather upper, upgraded the sockliner to Polyurethane and woven Trefoil on the tongue. It also highlights a slimmer silhouette with low profile for better board feels and the sticky rubber outsole for better grip.

The latest version, the Seeley Premiere Classified was further tweaked to form a contemporary adaptation of the admired Seeley Premiere. It primarily delivers optimum support, comfort and style to its wearers.
