  • The 21st version of the Adidas Response GTX is a neutral running shoe that’s crafted to deliver reliable performance on the trails. Its components and features were built to give the runner security, comfort, and durable protection when tackling the off-road paths. It’ll give an efficient and competent performance for those who need a trusty shoe to add to their adventure gear.
  • A waterproof membrane has been added to work in tandem with the breathable and comfortable fabrics. Synthetic overlays hug the foot snugly and the inner sleeve keeps moisture at bay. When the runner wears this shoe, they’re going to feel dry and cool.
  • The platform of this running shoe was created to give the runner a very responsive and comfortable underfoot experience. It has a bounce-back mechanics, so it keeps the runner enabled & propelled to move forward in a smooth and efficient way.
  • Protection from wear and abrasion is one of the most important purposes of a running shoe’s outsole. The Response 21 GTX uses proprietary technologies, which allow the mid-sole to be well-protected from the damaging nature of the surfaces. High level traction is also afforded and it functions well even in wet ground.

The Adidas Response 21 GTX has a standard running shoe length. It is available in sizes that adhere to the measurements for men and women. The width is medium, so it accommodates those with feet that are medium-sized. This shoe’s semi-curved shape allows the natural curvature of the foot to acclimate well to it.

The ADIWEAR® is a non-marking rubber technology that’s placed along the perimeter of the Adidas Response 21 GTX and same as with the outsole of the popular running shoe, Duramo 9. This durable material keeps the shoe protected from abrasion and wear as the runner traverses the unpredictable and harsh terrain.

The Adaptive TRAXION™ gives the runner a high-level grip on all types of surfaces and surface conditions. Featuring multi-directional cleats, this layer is able to handle slopes, slippery surfaces and wet ground.

The mid-sole unit uses a high quality foam to bring long-lasting cushioning that’s responsive and comfortable. From the moment the runner steps on the platform, they’re going to feel well-supported. The foam gives a springiness to each step, making the runner feel a propelling energy that keeps the foot moving forward.

The air mesh is the main upper unit material for the Adidas Response 21 GTX. It’s a soft and responsive fabric that has an open construction. It allows air to seamlessly enter the shoe to maintain a well-ventilated interior environment.

Synthetic overlays give structure to the upper. They’re stitched onto the main mesh material. Their durable nature protects the shoe and the foot from debris. Connected directly to the lacing system, they adjust the fit of the shoe by reacting to the tightening and loosening of the shoelaces.

The inner sleeve of this running shoe uses a soft textile that is able to keep moisture away. It maintains a dry and odor-free inner wall to keep the foot comfortable at all times.

The GORE-TEX® membrane is a waterproof technology that protects the shoe & the foot from water infiltration. It’s one of the materials on the market that delivers sure and consistent shielding from wetness. It retains the breathable nature of the main upper fabric.
