The Adidas Jeans was first released during the 1970s featuring a suede upper with hints of leather. The shoe was designed basically to offer people a shoe that would definitely go with a pair of jeans, thus the name of the shoe. The first issue of the shoe lived up to its name and showcased a jeans blue colorway.

The brand then re-issued the silhouette which also featured its traditional colorway. A release of more colorways then followed for the shoe. Then a new iteration was given to the shoe and gave it a touch of the Gore-Tex technology.

The Gore-Tex technology on footwear provides some wet weather protection for the feet, keeping them dry without risking comfort. Now, this technology is added to the Adidas Jeans silhouette, thus producing the Adidas Jeans GTX Shoe.

Two colorways of red/black and black/orange were produced for the Adidas Jeans GTX.
