  • The Adidas Element Race is a neutral running shoe that offers flexibility and versatility with its premium cushioning and other reliable features. With its unique, athletic design, the Element Race is ideal for road excursions of any distance, but most especially race-lengths, thanks to the optimal comfort level it provides.
  • A geometric two-tone mesh accompanied with a seamless 3-stripe logo make up the upper of the shoe. The mesh has a color-shifting 3D effect that gives off an aesthetic appeal.
  • The Cloudfoam midsole brings a step-in comfort and superior cushioning that permits a luxurious feel no matter the distance and speed of the run. Beneath it is a rubber outsole that guarantees to deliver durable traction.

The length of the Adidas Element Race follows the standard in running shoes. However, its silhouette leans towards the narrower side, catering to wearers with a low foot volume. The Adidas Element Race has a medium width profile for both the men’s and women’s versions.

The carbon rubber outsole of the Adidas Element Race has an elastic quality that encourages natural foot motions. Because carbon rubber is naturally durable, the outsole of this shoe guarantees an even and consistent protection against wear and tear.

The outsole pattern features many rectangular graphics that run across the length of the shoe, which look almost similar to the brand’s Stretchweb outsole technology which can also be found in the popular Adidas Pure Boost. The rectangle illustrations have a semi-diagonal orientation that follows the curvature of the foot, allowing for a smooth movement.

The Cloudfoam cushioning is a particular type of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam developed by Adidas that equips the Element Race with a superb instep comfort. The Cloudfoam technology aims to feel super soft and comfortable that there is no need for additional inserts or sock liners, but still readily delivers adequate support to the heel and arch. The Cloudfoam’s ultra-lightweight quality produces an equally superior level of responsiveness.

A heel pad is inserted within the Cloudfoam material to give a plush yet protective underfoot cushioning in the area, which is essential during the landing phase.

Adidas uses a geometric mesh as the upper of the Element Race. The material has a unique construction that permits excellent ventilation, which is even more beneficial during long workouts and while running under hot conditions. The mesh has a two-tone effect that gives the shoe a premium look.

Beneath the mesh is a textile lining that supplies a smooth and luxurious in-shoe feel. It helps keep the foot cool and comfortable.

Both lateral and medial sides of the Adidas Element Race feature a seamless graphic of the three-stripe logo of the brand. This visual aspect is an addition to the shoe’s overall design.

The front area of the shoe has a rounded figure; it permits a roomier and more relaxed toe splay that results in improved running endurance and longer miles.

The shoe’s tongue and collar are both cushioned to ensure a soft and problem-free fit, without the hassle of skin irritation and chafing. The two components work together to produce a low-cut entryway, which encourages the foot to move freely and naturally.
