It’s a pretty simplistic design for performance wise, for budget shoot I think it’s really great. Though it doesn’t have an ankle support because it’s a low top but you can always get that id0 speed wrap.

Profile of the Adidas Crazy Strike Low

Coming with a much lower-than-usual collar, the Adidas Crazy Strike Low gives a slightly different take on the iconic Crazy silhouette. It highlights a supportive Sprintweb upper and an adiPrene+ midsole to ensure cushioning. It also has a Sprintframe outsole to provide speed on the court. With its rather sleek look, these basketball shoes easily transition from court to casual wear.

Performance

Cushion. Adidas has equipped these basketball shoes with an adiPrene+ on its forefoot. This cushioning system is exclusive to the brand and is known for its high responsiveness. It helps boost performance by propelling every step and reinforcing it with some resiliency for more dynamic movements on the court.

Traction. The shoe utilizes a Sprintframe construction, which is created through geometrical research. This chassis is supportive and strong while being very lightweight. It ensures that the foot is kept close to the ground as it delivers support and proportion throughout the entire foot. It also gives the needed stability to facilitate quick moves during the game.

Fit

Length and Width. These Adidas low tops have a longer fit compared to most basketball shoes. It is recommended to get about half a size bigger for a comfortable fit. It comes in the regular sizes and both a men’s and women’s version.

Lockdown. These basketball shoes boast of a supportive fit that is provided by its seamless upper. A snug wrap around the foot is provided by a central lacing system, which allows players to customize the fit to their preferred tightness. Additionally, an adaptive underlay conforms to the natural shape of the foot to further enhance fit.

Material

The Sprintweb technology had its origins in the Crazy line, as it was first featured on the Adidas Crazy Light. This synthetic material has been adapted by various Adidas models, including the Crazy Strike Low. It is known for its lightweight and minimal design as well as for its high durability and breathability.

This upper works to shed the bulk that materials like leather and suede usually bring. This results in a much lighter shoe without compromising on its durability.

Style

The Crazy Strike Low stands out with its obviously lower collar, which deviates from the typical high-cut design sported by most Adidas Crazy models. The low cut on these sneakers makes it easily suitable for casual wear.

As for branding details, this sneaker shows off the Adidas callout and logo on its tongue and outsole. Meanwhile, the iconic Three Stripes design is uniquely placed on the heel.

Special Colorways of the Adidas Crazy Strike Low
