Adidas Court Vantage Adicolor History

Adidas has already spent almost a century creating various merchandises for almost every kind of sports.

In 1997, Adidas formed two divisions to categorize their growing arsenal of products. One is specific for the performance-led equipment and apparel and uses the diagonal stripes logo, while the other category is the Originals which focuses on the heritage, casual and sportswear products. The Adidas Originals uses the Trefoil logo and emphasizes the history of the brand and its classic designs.

Meanwhile, in the 70s, Adidas launched the Rod Laver tennis court sneaker that greatly resembles the well-celebrated Stan Smith. Few years had passed, this classic court silhouette has undergone various collaborative iterations released in the market.

In 2016, Adidas Originals launched a sneaker to pay homage to the legacy of Rod Laver. The Court Vantage was released and has a very simple and clean profile with vulcanized construction to provide durability. Adidas released mid and low-top variations suitable for the spring aesthetics. And on the same year, the Three Stripes released the Adicolor variation that features vibrant colorways presented in a monochromatic way.

Its bold design matches any casual and laidback ensemble. Joggers, jeans, skinnies, skirts, and dresses will certainly look fresh and stunning with the Court Vantage Adicolor.

Fit & Sizing

The Adidas Court Vantage Adicolor is available in men’s and women’s sizes. Men can choose from sizes 3-15 while women have sizes 5-12 US in medium width. This pair features a lace-up closure with tonal flat laces for a personalized, secure fit. Although this shoe runs true to size, getting a half size up is recommended since the majority of reviewers find this pair tad narrow.

Notable Features

The Adidas Court Vantage Adicolor features vivid colorways that are exhibited in a monochromatic way, from the leather upper down to the rubber outsole. This eye-catching feature completes the stylish appearance of this shoe that will certainly leave a statement to the overall look of the wearers.
