Overall, for a 120 bucks the Adidas AlphaBounce Instinct is a pretty solid sneaker. Like I said earlier it's a great looking shoe and I think that's my favorite part.

Updates to Adidas AlphaBounce Instinct

  • The AlphaBounce Instinct was crafted to accommodate runners who have a neutral foot mechanism. It features the Continental rubber which delivers added traction and durability to the platform.
  • The midsole utilizes the torsion system. This technology aims to provide the stability that the foot needs throughout the running session.
  • A more comfortable running experience is offered by the Bounce technology. It also provides added flexibility to the platform.

Adidas AlphaBounce Instinct size and fit

The AlphBounce Instinct is a road running shoe that helps the runner to excel in different activities. It follows the standard measurements when it comes to sizing. Because of the use of the breathable and stretchy mesh material, it is sure to fit perfectly without compromising the foot's movements. Medium is the available width for both the men's and the women's version.

Outsole

The Continental rubber is integrated into the Adidas AlphaBounce Instinct. This component of the shoe aims to provide impeccable traction in different weather conditions. Because of this material, runners will be able to run confidently in wet and dry surfaces. Added durability is also offered by the rubber.

Midsole

With the utilization of the Bounce technology, flexibility is encouraged. This springy midsole aims to deliver lateral and medial reinforcement for midfoot lockdown. As a result, enhanced comfort is experienced by the runner. This feature could also be found in the original Adidas Alphabounce.

A torsion system is used in the Adidas AlphaBounce Instinct. It is described to be a supportive unit that is strategically-placed in the midsole section to lessen the unnecessary flexing of the foot arch. In general, this feature acts as a bridge between the rearfoot and forefoot section. This system is essential in allowing the heel and forefoot to move independently and naturally without sacrificing the comfort and cushion of the Bounce midsole.

Upper

The FORGEDMESH technology is integrated into the upper area of the Adidas AlphaBounce Instinct. This material is essential in ensuring that the foot spontaneously undergoes the range of motion. With the primary focus of following the curves of the foot, it results in a more adaptive and snugger fit.
